2, Repair : Use Powerful Laser to Melt/Solder the Cross (UP-Down Direction) ,to Connect
Two Metal Layers (Blocked Before). To Cut off the previous fault circuit, and Re-Connect
to good circuit.
3, Test: LCD Tester for Testing
