1, Diagnose and Confirm if the problem with COF, and confirm which COF need to be replaced, by LCD Panel tester to power on the lcd firstly.

2, Remove the sealing glue and remove the TAB COF by hot air gun and tweezer, Please note, you need disassembly PCB side firstly, and then remove cof from glass side.

3, Clean the remaining ACF glue on glass and PCB side by ACF remover G-450.

4, Cut new COF, and attacd the ACF on COF, and use T-type soldering tip for ACF Pre-Bonding

5, Fixture COF With ACF tape attached, on LCD Bonding Machine

6, Alignment and Bonding on the machine.

7, After bonding, inspect the result by lcd tester again.
